Alumna of the Royal College of Music, Kati Debretzeni has been leading the English Baroque Soloists since 2000. She was also appointed one of the leaders of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment in 2008, having previously appeared as soloist, directing and leading the orchestra in performances in the UK, Europe and US. She features on many chamber music recordings with the ensembles such as Florilegium, Ricordo, and Trio Goya, and as soloist on a recording of Bach’s Brandenburg Concertos with Trevor Pinnock, which won a prestigious Gramophone Award.
